HR Expert Interview Confirmation

The recorded portion of our interview will run about 20-30 minutes.

1- Please use a good quality microphone/headset / AirPods for the best sound quality. Also, be sure you are in a QUIET room without any background noise or interruptions. Be sure to turn OFF your notifications and cell phone.

2- To deliver the best video quality for our viewers please be sure you are in a well-lit room free of any distracting backgrounds. It is also recommended the computer you join our Zoom interview from is hard-wired if possible, to provide you with the best internet connection.

3- Please be sure to Whitelist these two email addresses, so you don’t miss the reminders for our interview.

4- The VIDEO interview will be conducted on Zoom. You will receive the link as soon as you book your interview time.

5- Interview questions may include:

>> What’s been the biggest shifts/changes/challenges you’ve had to take on this past year?

* ie upskilling? talent magnet? hiring multi-generations? Remote working? Other?

>> What has worked / not worked for you to tackle those challenges? 

>> What’s your #1 burning goal you’re looking to accomplish in your role within the next 1-3 yrs?
